Evil of pretence.

Let's suppose life was that fair,
And all excuses get lied aside.
Let's look reason behind this evils,
That made us secured through hiding.

Why do we pretend to be okay,
And take revenge of broken ones?
Everyone knows if "not pretending",
Because we forgive and deny to forget.

We swear to move on and let it go,
But there in past that's our dwelling.
How possible can we prevent a disease,
Yet addicted to its root cause, how?

Why do we give promises and vows,
Yet knowing how often we self disappoint?
Why we maintain good image to strangers,
While having a fierce face at home?

We mock our ladies for being harlots,
Yet we're the one hanging their legs.
We put males to shame by trashing them,
Yet in our genitals they were formed.

We curse smokers and weed rollers,
Because we put on robes after academics,
While we give empty promises of heaven,
To hearts we preach about half conversion.

Why we judge our brethren and cast them,
While God himself still healing and forgiving,
Are we better than God or we are simply,
Being pharisiens and prosecutors?

Do we even realise that only us lack union,
That pigeon and monkeys never lost?
Yet we pretend to be okay and fine,
Knowing that revengeful flames are burning.

Let's suppose life was that fair and fine,
Let all excuses get lied aside.
With this attitude are we not responsible,
Of the reasons that makes us love to hide?
